Schiffsgerippe… das Wort weckt keine schönen Assoziationen.
Und doch war dieses ehemalige Schiff voll Schönheit und Faszination für mich. Gegen das Blau des Himmels kamen seine klaren Strukturen zum Vorschein.

The word „ship skeleton“ doesn’t evoke pleasant associations.
This ancient ship was full of beauty and fascination for me, however. Its clear structures came out distinctly against the sky.
Wie mit offenen Flügeln stand es da, unwiderstehliche Inspiration…
